If you're a 1 person operation, you might find it worthwhile and safer to consider a track saw (eg. Makita, Dewalt - Festool is probably out of your budget if you need a table saw too), rail system...

So I own one of those Carbatec MS-R tables...
Yes, not my greatest purchase years ago. But it has a cast iron flat top and it's a sturdy table.
I've thought about putting an Incra positioner on it to fix the fence issue.
And a Router Raizer...
