WOP is Wipe On Polly. But in reality you should wipe on the floor type polly not the thinner WOP. I screwed up and bought the wrong one.

That looks a bit like the GMC setup. Have a look for Stuart's (Super moderator) posts, he did pens on the GMC and I believe he documented his setup in here somewhere.
