Just finished this yellow pine platter with red cedar flower motif (recycled wood)
Diameter 310 mm. A time consuming job of almost 2 weeks.

Birch oval jewelry box 153x121mm. Total height 57 mm.
Finished with three layers acrylic lacquer.
Had to repair cracks as well in the lid as in the box, still visible.
A fun project.

Jim, I'm using always Bison wood glue professional topspeed, after 15 minutes under pressure is enough, suitable for any kind of wood. Super stuff.

This yew tealight was meant for Christmas, but I was too late for many reasons.
Nonetheless, if someone want to have it, he or she can have it.
