that board is a sub board from the main board, just 1 of 6. they are all pretty much identical

out of curiosity i just took the cover off a sub board that i had done 18 months ago at my place and found neutral bar not used, only earth. and the neutrals goto the rcd's

body corporate manager is going to get that unit owner to get electrician in to inspect.

thats what gets me a bit here, isnt neutral bar supposed to be connected to the ground bar in the subboard there? or doesnt it matter as long as in the main switchboard its connected together?

ceiling fan, there are multiple in the units and multiple lights all daisy chained going to the same group of switches
