Just checkin' method of construction - there might be another method I wasn't aware of (wouldn't have surprised me). Nice box all the same Don. Hinges finish it off nicely.

I picked up a metabo sxe 425 xl ROS at the local gasweld sale this weekend.
The 5mm orbit is a bit coarser than I would have preferred but the alternative was a ryobi (3mm).
