Next time you need to snig something like that ,if you can't get a roller or two under it ,use a bit of bull nose roofing or an old car bonnet .A bit easier than ploughing .:)

OK , the same applies ti the bottom plugs .Glue...
OK , the same applies ti the bottom plugs .Glue them in with5 minute epoxy and sander dust .Lots of glue but push them in from the bottom to keep the insides clean .

OK , firstly you need a good bandsaw or access to one .I prefer a 1/4" x6tpi blade .I'm sure there are few posts about bandsaws on the forum .You will be cutting at least 4" hardwood .

Well the part that I liked about it was the free...

Hi Stopper , the rule of thumb ,as I understand it ,is that the blade should be 1000th of the wheel diameter . ie for a 1200 mm (4 foot ) wheel... -
