I don't have a angle gauge ! But with these two measurements and the tormek guide book, I can grind the right angle...

Quick edit: I have the 2000 not the 2500

I put the profile honing wheel on the same side as the grinding wheel. a little bit of temp loctite stops it comming loose

Most were obliging...Pallets are good too. Some clamps and pva glue .... And you can soon create some good...

This came with the lathe, and I just can't work out what it's for. It fits into the tool rest holders. And the cone part is bearing mounted and rotates..ANY IDEA'S ??

So what makes a good lathe ..... besides things like a swivel head etc. Is it solid and sturdy with no play in the head bearings ?

Curruntly I have a old lathe, made by HJ Large and son from toowoomba. Just under 1.4 bc and 150mm swing.

after near 6 years without a workshop. I'm currently setting up my dream workshop. 6 x 6...
