I buy the 12 packs of pencils from the supermarket and have half a dozen or so at each machine in the shop plus a couple of hundred scattered around.

I have used the 'instant' flocking and find it unsatisfactory. It is hard to get a constant cover, the stuff is loose forever, it tends to stick to things put in the box and wears away very quickly....
