I warm Corian to 270* to shape it.

reduce your catalyst. 22 drops per blank is extreme. Those should be cured in no time, almost pour it right onto the spinning lathe.:p -

Yes, less catalyst will result in a slower cure and visa-versa. Some claim that an increase in catalyst will make for a brittle blank. I haven't had that problem, but I don't add 25% either.

I pour and can turn the blank in 57 minutes. I usually cast a lot while I'm set up, so I do this between pours or if someone wants something in a hurry.... -
