If you do burn it the smell will nearly be worth it.

I have burnt a bit of huon while camping on the West coast a lot of years ago, the smell is almost as good as turning it.

The plating looks much better than the executive, and a standard drill does it, just needed to stop the drill and move it down the hole a little as the Drill Press didn't have the reach....

Ian, Another reason may be the kit used. I found that some kits have a very thing band that protrudes from the face of the kit, so that as you press the parts together the band pushes onthe CA.
