Have you seen the Metabo dual action KSE 55? It acts as both a circular saw & a plunge saw. Quite a nifty machine and the price is decent too. Have a look on the metabo website.

Bunnings won't recognize the pricing for most independent dealers. They do however mark off Total Tools, Mitre10 & other major chains.
