People at General International have gone above and beyond to help Patch despite Carba-Tec giving him the shaft.

That's sad to hear that you had pieces that didn't fit together. Are you sure this wasn't an error when scanning? Can you check with the original pattern?

I used approximately 1/8" thick maple for these. I also stack cut them with a layer of 1/8" birch plywood because I like having a little more resistance while I am cutting.
