I have finally finisheda large commission of 76 pen sets for gifts to VIPs visiting at a CentralQueensland work site. The pen blanks were all cut from logs salvaged on site they are Inland Rose...

Arry There is normally no need to secure it to the drill press, one the occusion when I have had to I just used a large G clamp. ( It would be just as easy to drill a hole in the jig and bolt it...

I made my own jig for drilling blanks out of 3 scrape pieces of wood and 2 G clamps it keeps the blanks square and supports the end of the blank and best of all very cheap.:D
