Up date on the build. Commenced laminating the stem facing. Also commenced shaping the keel. I'm adding a new lamination each day of so. Once done I can finish shaping the keel and start planking.

Launched the canoe. First test passed..It...
Launched the canoe. First test passed..It floats!!! no leaks. Took a bit of getting used to in terms of paddling it about but after a short amount of time got the knack of it. Here are a few pics.
