Butane is generally for small, focused flames, useful for pencil torches, soldering, jewellery and the like.

LPG is better for a bigger flame...

Propane = C3H8
Butane = C4H10

There's no such thing as 240V three phase... Unless it's incorrect naming for 3 x 240V phases, which, by convention is called "415V 3 phase".

240V = RMS phase to neutral (ground) of any phase...
