A 3 flute will block with chips a lot easier than a 1 flute. I would try slowing the spindle down quite a bit.

MDF doesn't machine nice a litle bit fluffy. No idea if a slower speed would help. Time and a few experiments wil tell. -

Mine works.
Did a test cut today. Didin't push the model down into the material far enough so i ended up with a bit of veneer left on it. Seems to have come out fine.
