I don't think I have spare handles sorry, but that pattern is easy to turn.
It would be best to mate the handle to the chisels though - narrower handles to smaller chisels etc.

What will happen of course, if you use the plane a lot, is that the mouth will open a little every time you sharpen the blade. The blade's taper makes this inevitable.... -
