Here is an update on the GMC :( and its not good really...
After talking and emailing them they picked up the GMC 1200SK what a design fault it is.
Now I have looked at it in detail its crap.... -

Yer Dean the shaft where the locker connects or slides down dose show this and I was not over tightening as this would be the norm for this problem. there for looking at the design... -
