    May be "square" is not the best term in this case. Where the 65 degree angle meets the top of the block its not the same distance to the front of the block. One side is 1 mm longer.

    UPDATE: I cut the angles from the planes throat....

    UPDATE:
    I cut the angles from the planes throat. A 65 degree angle and a 45. The blade will rest on the 45 degree angle. The 65 degree angle is 1 mm off from square. I have photos on my Blog here....
