    Default Carved beech hollow form

    helo folks
I've carved this piece today- it was roughed out a few months ago- i've found it difficult to show the shape (the carving and the shape are very easy to see in real life) is on a normal profile picture so i have inclued some pictures of the top and base to show the shape of.
    its 6"tall x 5.5" wide

    thank you

Mick61- i use a mixture of hollowing tools-some home made single tip tools like ellsworth's i also use the munroe and some of melvyn firmager's tools.
The majority of my forms are turned once from green wood but when i need to carve them i rough them then carve them a few months later- like this piece.
