question for the adelaide wood turners

hello everyone
am heading back to SA for a few weeks, while i am there i would like to purchase some mallee root slabs and some burls( not fussed what wood type)
the question is were in adelaide or northareas can i get hold of some, if its at all possable please
and thankyou in advance for any feedback as to where

Sorry, can't suggest where you can get prepared slabs and blanks. Our local firewood yard used to sell mallee roots. Not sure if they still do. Their contact details are;

not after a whole trailer load. wife might get cranky if i have to tell her that i dont have room for any of her stuff, just a few 1/2doz or so
you think they might part with only a small amount
