    Default Bangles

Went to both Bendigo wood shows over the weekend, and scored some nice timber. Picked up some redgum for $0.50, and a couple of planks of Huon pine for $4.00 each. Enough to make about a dozen bangles. With Mother's Day just around the corner, I figured I'd put my newly acquired goodies to use.

Both 63mm internal diameter, and both finished with Shellawax. I've also attached a shot of my scary, home-made jaws that allows the inside to be finished.

Lovely work. I like the jaws you made for doing the inside. I might have to consider the same thing so as to save my fingers next time I do bangles.
