    Default Great Plans

Has everyone seen this link in the big stuff section of the forum.

There are some great plans on this site. I have been looking for plans for Stevenson's Rocket for some time. I ordered the plans for the Rocket plus four more. The Iron Horse Train, The Bavarian House, The Steam Fire Engine and The Swiss Church Birdhouse. These plus the plans plus the plans I already have should keep me going for the rest of my life.

    Thank You Elderly!

I too have been looking for the Rocket. I was on a guys website and he had all three of those trains built. I didnt know if he had done them himself or had used plans. I will be purchasing the trains and the Duesenberg as well.

There is certainly fine detail in these plans. Well beyond my capability and patience level. I know you guys will do a fine job on them and will look forward to seeing your wip's

I was the one that took your top photo.Have a look at the pic I posted and the one you displayed--
    2 different engines
The one in mine is the the Rocket that you wanted I know the guy that built both. Do you want me to see if he has the plan and which one do you want?

    Aussie,

Sure I am interested in the Rocket, but the 2 in the background of your photo which are the same in the other photo are the ones I really like. Do you know what type of wood was used? Probably something local.

Thanks for your help Aussie, Thats funny that they are your pics.
