Down Under Turnaround 2011
It's on again this weekend at Phillip Island.
I suspect the usual culprits will be there!
No pics, as we aint got there yet!
The weather forecast is for wind and some showers, so maybe the dust won't be as bad as last year.
So who on the board is attending?

An invitation
If anyone would like to call in for a coffee on the way to "The Island" they'd be most welcome. Send me a PM and I'll forward the address. I'm just a stones throw form 's.

GJ,
I'd left home before you posted this one. Some of the Phillip Island crew meet for lunch at Tooradin, which we did again this year. Never mind, we'll catch up again soon.
Summary of the weekend?
Great, as always. Lots of free tuition and even more turning.
Guilio hurt himself which wasn't good and the dust was atrocious. Power sanding should be banned from the Turnaround IMHO.
73 I think lathes. Lots of Yellow Perils. has the numbers somewhere.
Not sure how much money was raised for the MS Foundation, but it must have been in the thousands hopefully.
Highlight of the weekend? Hard to tell, but locked up around midnight both nights, so the turning was fairly frantic.
