    Default Sassafras cheese knife

Here's a little blackheart sassafras cheese knife.

    Finished with burnishing oil.

In my opinion I made it way too long, but hey now I know!

    Simon.

The extra handle length simply enables two-handed cheese knife wielding. Perfect for those tougher cheeses!
