Does anyone know were to get the little black fuse for the delta s1inverter.

We are going to need a little bit more info. I just had a look at the Delta manual and it doesn't mention a fuse. Can you add a photo?
Those were the droids I was looking for.

Take it to your nearest motor repair shop and ask for "one of these". Copy the information on the inverter plate about Volts, Amps, Watts, and take that with you. If it has amps marked on it, any electrical supply place should have a replacement.
If it is soldered in place, it is probably not a fuse.So much timber, so little time.
