What is best way to seal/wax wood?
Split Log.jpg
I was just wondering about the best or correct technique for sealing wood. I have split some small logs and wasn't sure if I should just seal the ends (it is afterall called Endstop Sealer), or should I seal the entire cut surfaces (which is what I have been doing up to now). Sample picture included above.

Just the ends and about an inch of the cut surface is sufficient
