Old Turner Club Members
I am wondering if any of those on the forum recall a Sydney Wood Turner by the name of Phill Dicker (who has passed away some time ago) and a good mate of his Johnass Kirk (not sure of spelling) I believ has moved to WA . I am led to believe they were both members of Sydney Tuners or Wood Workers Guild.
I have just been offered to borrow some of Phill's old books from his wife whom I know and LOML spins with.
I have seen some of Phills handy work miniture turnings mainly spinning wheels real pleasure to look at the craftsmanship I took photo's recently of some of these.
If anyone has details of these fellows or knows of them I would welcome any comments
Ray.
