    Default Snoring

A heads up for those who are interested. I bought a snoring ring off the chemist last week. You wear it on the bottom of the little finger on the left hand while asleep. Seems to work, SWMBO comments how much quieter the bedroom is nowadays.

Im not noticing too much in my daytime but I think it will reduce the risk of aponea.

My brother-in-law complained about his wife snoring and keeping him awake so she bought one and he reckons she is much quieter.

Because I snore quiet a bit so I decided to buy one and my wife doesn't complain much now and reckons I don't keep her awake now unless I forget to put the ring on.

    Not cheap about $40 odd.

Apparently I snore, according to the wife. Been tested for aponea and its a negative, so I might have to look into one of these rings to see what it does. Might give the wife a good nights sleep.
