As said by many above, it is a multi-pass job. Turn the molding shape up on edge & you can see a few standard router molding shapes suddenly appear - one of the 'multi-profile' bits, a round-over or two, a rebate..... I'd say 4-5 passes on the router.
You'd better start out with at least twice the length of timber you think you'll need to allow for setup mistakes. And use a much bigger piece of wood too, it will help register against the fence & table top. You can cut the profiles from both sides too & only cut them loose when nearly finished.
