I like to see that as a heading in the paper.

Grog, was the Moorabin store. Plenty of the 300mm F clamps left as well as some smaller ones.

Bugger, why can't Moorabin be a little bit closer.

Maybe I should make some phone calls to my local tomorrow. Newwoodworker, how much did you pay?

Waldo, if you want me to I could probably pick a few up for you. Shoot me a PM and we can discuss it.

Easy fellows. There is no need to camp outside Bunnings every day.

    No such luck in S.A.

Needed to visit Bunnies this arvo, so I veered into the tool shop for a look. They have two boxes of 300mm but at $38!

I had the local bunnies scan them, they said "yes, you're right, they are discontinued" but they haven't had orders to reduce them yet. He said it could be a month or more difference between stores and some won't go to the prices Wongo got.

In other news, they are discontinuing a ton of stanley lines including the faxmax chisels, looks like they are being replaced with the cheaper dynagrip model so the two stores both had 20% off now with more to come. Worth keeping an eye on maybe?.

Someone in Bunnings must have jumped the gun and made a big mess of if. It is obviously someone who knows their tools very well. Have another good look folks, because such phenomenon might not happen for another hundred years.

Maybe Wongo bought an inferior Chinese copy and he's been had by Bunnies.
