Major is sober and it's after midday ?
If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

Yes Cliff Don't worry, they didn't stay there for long

A very inspiring visit actually, to see Major's setup again and take particular note of a few setups that I can see will be very useful when I get to work in my shed.

    Cheers

Thanks Major for the day and demos, thanks to Daphne too.

Now all I have to do is build something, and buy the finish, so I can try this spraying out.

It was good to catch up with everyone else too.

It's one of the few remaining green spots left in all of Orstralya? I vaguely remember seeing something like that out the front of our place, way back in the dream-time. I also seem to remember some form of torture associated... mooing? No, that's not quite right? Moaning? Nar... 'twas something like that though...

    !!MOWING!!

AAAARGH! My head! My head! I wish I hadn't remembered that. Now I need a nice quiet sit down and a slab to help me forget...

It is good to put faces to the names that are here on the board. If it was on a day that I didn't have to work I'd have come along as well...

Ah, but I have learned. But no intention to insult the Melbourne mob. Sorry Skew, I know you don't wear shoes so feel left out. Thus, a revised sig line.

Perhaps it was because the pics from 's were in the shed, but these pics show a group sitting at table having wine coolers and discussing the relative merits of reds and whites.

Nope, Major never wears boots in the shed... it is the shaving in the photo that is rare, it did happen once about 2 years ago.

And what a beautiful piece of work it is - it's going straight to the pool room as soon as I come up with one!

Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. MajorPanic for a wonderful afternoon! There must be something wrong with the white balance on your camera however, as my face isn't at all green even though the pics were taken after the shed tour It was good to catch up with Forumites old & new, see you all later!

I'll be at the show on Saturday for a looonnnnggg day. Went Friday last year and way too many schoolies there and too many gittery displayers.

I'm looking forward to it, but can't see myself buying a huge drum sander this year - between now and the show i will get a domino - also I need to extend the shed to make room for another large appliance.

Finished all the big deal stuff for the pool and have it filled so now will work slower on it's smaller things so going to spend some time on some wood projects and time out with the family.

Which day/s are you going to the show?
    Cheers
