Cabinet doors - suggestions needed
I need to make the top and the door of a melamine laundry cabinet, and am looking for suggestions on the most economical way to do this.
The finish I am looking for is glossy white, with a hardwearing top surface.
I have priced laminated MDF ( $200 /sheet 2.4m x 1.2m). I have priced laminate - ( $90 per sheet 1.8m x 0.75m).
A cabinet maker wanted around $350 for both top and door, edged, as did a ready-cut mob.
The dimensions of the door are 640 x 600mm and the top is 850 x 600mm
I would welcome all suggestions and ideas
regards,
Jill
