Is the new Carba-tec cattledog out yet?
Does anyone know if the new catalogue is out yet? Is there much change from last years?

I was at carbatec bris on friday & one of the blokes said that the new catalogues were on the ground in brisbane but they havn't unpacked the container yet.
He expected they would be available monday or tuesday next.
I'll be dropping in so I'll advise progress.

Hott off the presses.
Well room tempriture out of the container.
Droped into carbatec today & picked up a couple of coppies of the new catalogue.
New cover has a collection of vintage tools.
Inside no huge changes or masive price changes but a good helping of new bits.
seems to have more & more sheppach and directly sourced asian product & less delta.
The BIG & important addition is a double page spread of U'BEAUT products.
there is a good range of house branded spiral router bits, an interesting new range of pneumatic nailers & staplers, full range of kreg, and expanded range of veritas planes and a good handfull of little knick knacks spread thru.
Oh there is also an expanded range of mobile machine bases. some which are dedicated to specific plainer/thicknesser models and some adjustable & more robust. Some of which are quite pricey. (none that do over 500kg like mine )
Don't know if they have reached the other stores yet.
Aparantly there is a new web site comming (of course)
Check the current web site as there are some clearance bargins (brisbane only) on there that are not aparant walking into the store.
