Problems contacting Rockler.

Have been trying to contact Rockler to confirm their freight charges on an order I placed on Monday, but my emails keep bouncing back.

Has anyone been in contact (email) with rockler this week? I am trying to figure out if its just me or if they are having email problems.

Below is a copy of the error, it looks like it might be their end.

Joe I have sent a test e-mail to them to see if it is your ISP. I am using Bigpond.

They must have problem with their server. This is the reply that I got.

I'll keep trying. Its been that way for about 4 days, I was beginning to think it was my end.

(I hope they haven't gone belly up!):confused:

Joe,

Have you tried phoning them or using their "Live Help" function over the internet. I know you have to wait until the midle of the night to call them during business hours over there, but it may be quicker than muckingabout with emails.
