Problem with Excel spreadsheet
Good people, this isn't a woodwork question. No. But believing all woodworkers to be caring and sharing, I believe that they are all knowing as well.
With that in mind, I have a problem with Excel insofar as the column headings on my computer are 1,2,3..... rather than the A,B,C.... as they were last night.
Since then, I've touched something I shouldn't have. Clumsy.
Yes, the row headings are 1,2,3.... just as you would expect. The column headings are the problem.
Does anyone have a solution?
I shall be grateful to the moderators for letting this question through to the batsmen and women.
Regards,
Kevin.

In the Excel options, formulas, have you checked the R1C1 button?

Excel problem
Thanks for your good advice, Tankstand.
I went Tools, Options - and clicked the General tag. I unchecked the 'R1C1 reference style' and my spreadsheets returned to normal.
Thanks again,
Regards,
Kevin.
