help with vaneer repair
I recently repaired a sideboard that had a large area of lifted vaneer and loss of polish. I injected superglue under the vaneer and applied a hot iron to activate the glue. After doing this I've noticed that the surface is risen but hard in spots. Could this be due to the superglue crystalizing? Or could it be due to an uneven subsurface.
Any help would be greatfully received.
Lee.
