    Default Jarrah sleeper

I have been offered a Jarrah sleeper.
Knowing it is extremely hard the question is how and what to use to cut it up into usable pieces.
Jarrah is scarce around here so have nobody who has any experience with it.

    Thanks
    Phil

Before any one would be able to advise on the cutting up of a Jarrah sleeper one would need to know if it is "used" or not used and a rough idea of how old.
If it is used you would need to run a metal detector over it to source any hidden spikes, bolts and fasteners etc. Another problem is any inbeded pieces of ballast etc.
    Cheers Mac

    Thanks.
Haven't seen it but it will be an old used sleeper. I suppose it will be best to wait until I have got it and can give a better description of quality ( re bolts and ballast etc) First thoughts were does one use a chain saw or find somebody with a diamond blade.
    Cheers
