Thanks fellows for the good tidings of my great joy. It is good to receive accolades from fellows of your quality.
Yes there were a goodly amount of hours and considerable adult beverages and some not so nice language consumed and produced during those long hours. Not everything fit perfectly (the first time) and the owner was apt to switch designs along the way as his research into an original progressed (or he made executive decisions, "Yasser Boss! I Be makin' da changes.... $$$ Boss!!! ") Some guys get POed if changes are made, I figure it goes in the time log ($$$) as that is why you get paid the big bucks... Although most everyone says a way under charged for my time and skills. But I had fun (most of the time) and learned a lot. (I learned that it was too big of a project for my little cubbyhole shop)
The color will be Midnight Blue with Black trim and All the metal Black (of course the polished brass) and a gray pinstripe. (Yes, he is painting those pretty wheels) Only the Cherry windows and firewall will remain natural.
His "While you're at it and Might as wells" were numerous and then My mom and aunt got sick so a few weeks were consumed in running a couple hours away to their sides, but all was well everybody recovered nicely as well as the car. Me, on the otherhand, yet to be determined.
As he progresses on the finishing and upholstery and I make additional trim parts and components, I will post progress pictures. (if interested)

Now that you mentioned it... Didn't exactly go as said....
Five Fellows along with the assistance of his wife were able to place it comfortable on the bed of his truck, although some straining and gutteral sounds were produced in the straining, it was rumored that all those sounds were not gutteral in the normal manner as some seemed to linger a bit longer.

Hickory I would love progress photo please please did I say please grovel grovel.
Ok this morning I had e-mailed down loaded photo's of above and other thread to member of OTGA club who just happens to be a Model T owner.
When we arrived at his place said to go check his e-mails swmbo printed them off then we had an hours conversation as to Vintage and Veteran auto's.
Now Tom is a quick old fella and spotted that you have included TWO front doors and I tend to agree during the period only one door would have been fitted.

Ford did not provide a Fore Door option at that time, They were an Aftermarket addition that could have been acquired. You could buy them as One working door and a solid panel or as Two working doors. The doors were made from 1912 Touring Fore Doors, they are authentic not reproduction. They were adjusted to fit the opening of the Driver's compartment.
I also have another friend who owns a '12 Touring (as you have pictured) and it has Two operational Fore Doors. (BTW, tell your buddy that the steering wheel should have been Black none were finished natural)
Believe me, there has been a considerable amount of research into this vehicle and its design specifications as well as dimensions. It was chosen by the owner because of the rarity of its design and the fact that 1912 was completely different fron the previous years and the following years. It was a "One of a Kind" In fact, there are only 2 known originals in existance, one in Illinois, USA and the other in UK.
