    Default novice need help

    Hi, several years ago I had bedroom furniture built with some solid timber and MDF veneer, I need to Identify the timber used, I have this recollection that it was called something like niata, is this a name of a timber or am I dreaming?

    You are probably right as Niata (not sure on spelling) is commonly used for making carcasses.
