    Default Plywood in Perth

Does anyone know any good places to buy plywood in Perth besides Bunnings?

Just chasing plywood for projects like outfeed table, router table etc.

At $66 for a full sheet of 2400mm * 1200mm from Bunnings, I hope there is somewhere cheaper?

    Any ideas?

I don't know if plywood is the best thing to be using for a router table, Unless it's formwork or marine play I rarely see pieces that are straight enough for those sorts of projects. I hate to say it but melamine coated chipboard and MDF are usually much straighter.

The plywood will be for the cabinet walls, doors etc, not the top

    Fair enough.

There are 3 sellers in Quokka. One only has 4 mm and the others don't say what it is.

I looked at the new plywood stocks at Carbatec a few weeks back. Seems Ok for the asking price. It looks way better and flatter than the stuff at the big B. Not sure about screw holding quality though. When I need to use screws and require lots of screw holding strength then I pay more for Austral AC Aussie made plywood. Brilliant stuff and can be purchased from Mogan Timbers in Bibra Lake. Expensive though.
