Given that most of my woodworking knowledge (yet to be fully put in practice) comes from Marc Spagnuolo at thewoodwhisperer and other US web based sites, it will be great to get a local take on techniques such as card scraper sharpening etc...
I have seen Derek Cohen and Neil Erasmus in the Aussie wood mags so especially look forward to seeing them.
Cheers, Derek

Hi Derek,
Just want to say thanks to yourself, Neil, Chris, Lyn, Dave and Lie-Nielsen for putting on a great event! It was great to be able to get "hands-on".
Thanks for the tips on my shooting board technique - had the day off yesterday so thought I'd build a new one from the LN plans. It works a treat!
Cheers, Derek
