Gee Stirlo & FC guess this could be the end of using finishing products for you till your old enough. Just think of the damage you could do with CA, Epoxy, EEE, Laquer.
No more going down the local Hardware store and buying spray on finishes
but you can get older people to buy it for you.
I hate some of the graffiti that is done worthless others are heaps better than what Pro-Hart or Ken Done have made millions from or how about Jason Pollaks Poles some politician decided $2 million was a good deal for.

Tricky. On the one hand a friends kid mixed up a bucket of naphalm the other week. Semtex isn't particularly hard either. On the other hand you give a stick to an idiot and they'll find a way to hurt someone.
The real issue is they don't think the process through logically. First what do you want to achieve ? What is the real problem ? Then how do you address THAT problem. Instead the process gets hijacked by politician and bureaucrat who either want more power or want to be SEEN to be doing something. The research before legislation is ignored along with the actual consequences and we are left to pay for the administration, enforcment and suffer the restrictions.
And while I agree art is a haven for incompetants and BS Blue Poles was actually a good investment. In the BS art world it's worth far more in real terms than they paid. Of course it REALLY worth about $250, and that's for the big canvas it's painted on but anyway...I'm just a startled bunny in the headlights of life. L.J. Young.

Wait! No one told you your government was a sitcom?

We had to go through this when I worked at autObarn in Cranbourne. Move them all to behind the counter, put up signs as to the banning of the sale of them to minors, etc.
But what I find interesting is that Geelong has just received notification to implement this, and yet Bunnings Cranbourne no longer has their spray cans in a cage.Too many projects, so little time, even less money! Are you a registered member?
