    Default Vicmarc Factory Open Days 5th/6th December

    Vicmarc Open Day

    To Celebrate 25 years of manufacturing lathes and accessories for the woodturning industry, Vicmarc Machinery at 52 Grice Street, Clontarf, Qld. are holding a couple of open days to show their state of the art factory off to the general public and wood turners alike.

    The days will consist of factory tours, demonstration sessions on the craft of wood turning and looking after your lathes and chucks. A special hands on class room will be set up where anyone attening can "Come Try Woodturning" under the watchful eye of a professional wood turner.

    There will also be displays of equipment, accessories and wood turned items. Several other companies will have their representatives in attendance to help show off quality products associated with this fascinating craft.

    Entry to the day will be by gold coin donation, with all the proceeds going to the Royal Flying Doctors Service. Refreshments will be available on site.
