G'day all,
I have some Ice Cream Scoops which have ridges in the chrome finish. It is so pronounced that you can actually feel them.
BUT.....I can't get a decent photo of them. With the concave surface I can't overcome the light reflection.
Any advice appreciated
ColChucks are like potato chips....you can't have just one.

Have you tried coating or covering the concavity up to within a couple of mm of the edges with something darker and less reflective, BBQ sauce or what about vegemite?
The ridges sound sound so I doubt you will get a detailed photo without using a macro lens or extension tubes.
