YouTube doesn't work at work anymore.

I think the powers that be have put a block on it. The search still works but the vids don't play.

Must want us to do work or something.

Of course, I can always get the YouTube URL of the vid and then go to YouTubeX to download it. They don't seem to have sussed this loophole yet.

I agree that it's a great music archive though.

Wonder how long it will last.

That's the advantage of working for a small company. As long as the work gets done and nobody takes the , there's a fair bit of lee way for things like this. If I sat here all day watching You Tube, there would be consequences: I'd have to work twice as hard tomorrow, and we can't have that

I'm working from home today, doing end of month bookwork & waiting for a furniture van to deliver a new bed.
We have a very crappy ISDN connection here so I don't even try to watch videos here.
When I'm in the office, it is a different story, I have 2 screens & regularly have several browser tabs open, Outlook, Quickbooks & mailwasher & if the cricket is on, I can also have a TV window open.

If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.

Who needs Superman when you have "Weng Weng" Tacky but great fun clip

Its good (yes there is) rap from the Chuds. Watch it more than once and the chorus "Weng weng" will stick in your mind over and over. I love it

yeah a classic. Before my time though ....all it reminds me of is "Wayne's world".....

Pink Floyd is another story though. Listened to loads of that in my teens alongside with Nirvana......comfortably numb too....

My favourite music shows when i was young was (local) Rock arena and Nightmoves. but my all time fav was The Old Grey Whistle Test.

Now one of my ALL TIME disappointments was never getting to see the New York dolls live.

Here is my fav show, the New York Dolls, and there classic "Jet Boy" Tuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurn it up
