I have about a dozen Makita 18v batteries in 3, 4 and 5 amp and can’t say I notice any difference in weight when using a tool, I just pop on whatever battery is in the charger and away I go
I suspect that the little 1.5amp ones are lighter though
I just bought the little Hepa vac and the little scms saw for ease of use but haven’t used them yet
