Feeder motor for a WMS Wide Belt Sander
G'day forum members,
I just bought a small WMS Wide Belt Sander (300mm) - excess machine from a furniture manuf. Got it very cheaply bc it is missing the small electric motor which drives the feeder belt . The make is WMS but I cant find anything on this in any Google search. I think the motor would be similar in size/appearance to the one Carbatec use on their WDS-400 Wide Belt Sander (have emailed Carbatec, but wont hold my breath that this will produce a solution ).
So, my Qs I need help with are: 1) WMS - does anyone know this brand? 2) the belt feeder motor.... does anyone have any ideas/sources/referrals and 3) I will need to buy a new feeder belt and sanding belts - can anyone recommend a supplier/s. I'm a Melbournian
Thanks Lads and Ladies
