help the 19yr pick a bandsaw
hi everybody so latley iv been wanting to buy a bandsaw a good one somthing like a 14inch model iv been looking at hare and forbes bandsaws ,hafco brand
iv been woodworking on and off now for a couple years
i have the pretty much the routers ,drills sanders mitre saw jigsaw planers etc
i do have a bandsaw but its a oldie made in the 80s by craftmaster duno if i should sell it to fund a new one this one does not track right it need new rubber on the pully
anyway iv been looking at these

The one that you are looking at is only a 12" capacity. The bp355 which is the one I have is 14". It also has ball bearing guides and has and is still cutting dead straight right out of the box. Mind you it is almost double the price, but in my opinion, worth every cent.

Have to agree with Specialist. There will also come a time when you need that extra little bit of cpacity.
