    Default Impact Driver

I'm in the market for a impact driver and as i already own a 18v AEG i'm leaning towards a AEG. I'm happy with the Drill/Driver so the Impact should be the same ??? Any advice much appreciated. Thanks

I've tried a few brands. Hitachi, Makita, Panasonic, Milwalkee, and I think I will be going back to Hitachi. Best service life of the ones that I have tried. I generally get just over twelve months out of one, but I do drive a lot of screws. The last Hitachi I had lasted 22 months. Good enough for me.

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything, but they

Is the your AEG drill driver the lithium model?, if it is you can pick up the bare unit impact driver from $200-300 as a bare unit & it comes with a small contrators bag & bits. This model is great it has alot of punch with around 165nm of torque in the blue model & is backed by a 3year warranty. Also available in that range is an 18v planer, recipro saw, 160mm circular saw & jigsaw

you can download a catalogue from the aeg website
